Happy New Year Elementary Division! It is going to be a great year and I am excited about working with you this year.
Here is what our week looks like:
Monday:
- Welcome back student celebration on the circle-please be out wearing your Happy New Year gear at 7:45am. Teachers will walk there own classes in after the Happy New year countdown.
- Grade level lunch room visits to go over expectations and practice procedures for the lunchroom. Please be on time (the schedule is back to back) and meet with me on the outside picnic tables.
- Times for cafeteria visits: 1st 8:20-8:50, 4th 8:50-9:20, 2nd 9:20-9:50,3rd 9:50-10:20, 5th 10:20-10:50
Tuesday:
- Happy New Year celebration for the 2nd group of kindergartners-please come out to the front circle at 7:45 if you can to help make their first day as special as the first group.
Friday:
- Kindergarten Parent Boo Hoo Breakfast at 8:00 in the community classroom
Announcements/ Coming Soon:
- Copies of the K-12 positive behavior support "B's" are in your boxes. They match the ones in the student code of conduct. Please hang them in your rooms.
- Patrols will be selling coupon books soon-buy one and support the patrol trip to DC while saving money-what a deal!
- You will see me as well as other administrators a lot in the next few weeks as we get in and out of classes K-12 to see our fabulous students and teachers in action.
- 9/10 Elementary Open House and 5th grade patrol spaghetti dinner fundraiser-yum!
Celebrations:
- All of you need to celebrate that you are the best faculty imaginable that cares so much for our students-it is great to work with you!
- Happy Birthday to: Kristin Weller 8/27 (elementary Math coordinator and HS geometry teacher extraordinaire!) and Kathy Robertson 8/29 (Art goddess).
