Hi Elementary Faculty:

A great big congratulations goes out to the Girl’s Basketball Team and Coach Powers,  Coach Sirmopoulus, Coach Barrett and Coach Johnson for their State Championship that they won this weekend!!!!  Way to go!!!

 

Here’s what is happening this week:

 

Monday:  Trailblazers meet 3:00pm

 

Wednesday: Kindergarten Dragon Parade at 12:30pm throughout the elementary hallways. This wraps up their Chinese new year unit.Elementary lead team 1:15-3:00pm Community Classroom

Friday: Progress reports go home and 3rd grade field trip-solar walk

FCAT testing next week-please look for specials and lunch schedule change information later this week

Please remember to let me know by this Wednesday (3/3) if you are willing to be considered to teach SAIL-the dates have changed to June and there will be more time off in July.

Thursday:

• Trailblazers travel to North Carolina to visit Duke School

• 1:00pm Black History Month Assembly (evening performance at 6:00pm

• Patrol Spaghetti Dinner 

Friday:

• Jump rope for heart dance team kick off in the PAC (this is a change from the gym) 1:45-2:15pm all grade levels.

Hi Everybody,

Here is our week:

Tuesday:

• FCAT writes in 4th, 8th and 10th  grade please be quiet in the halls all day. We not only have 4th graders testing but we also have older students in the community classroom testing. Some students have accommodations and may be testing all day.

• 3:00pm Learning Community leader meeting in Angela Flavin's room

• 5:30pm PKYPTO

• 2/19 Jump rope for heart dance team kick off in the gym 1:00pm all grade levels. This is like a "pep rally" to get us ready for the next week's jump rope for heart.
